How to Find a Mentor Who Matters

Daily Data ðŸ“ˆ

The skills needed to be a business leader—or a leader in any industry—have changed dramatically in the last decade. According to data shared in the Harvard Business Review, "soft skills" such as empathy, self-awareness, critical listening, and other social skills rose 27% in value when seeking a capable C-Suite candidate since 2020. In contrast, "hard skills" such as operations and financial management dropped 38%.
